Tournament Photography

We travel Canada wide to cover the biggest youth sporting events in the country. If you want to amp up your event or tournament then enquire about our services for your event.

We set up two giant 10 foot projection screens and have action shots available to view and purchase right after each game on our touchscreen viewing stations.

How It Works

Initial consultation

Call, email or schedule a Zoom meeting or we can also attend an upcoming board meeting.

Book a date & venue

Book a date and reserve the venue for photo day. Tell us how many teams, how many players and how long each day is and we will develop a photo day schedule that works.

Two weeks prior to photo day

We will send you the order form info for families wanting to submit a photo order form in person. We will share a pre-order link for families that wish to order in advance and skip the line.

Team rosters

One week prior to photo day we will need the latest team rosters with player names and coaching staff names. We will create QR codes in advance to accurately tag each and every team member getting photographed.

Photo day

Our team will arrive at the venue 30 minutes in advance, set up our photo equipment, sales booth and will manage the entire photo day.

Delivery

Within 4 to 6 weeks of the photo day all photo orders will be packaged by team with each individual photo order packaged and labelled with a proof sheet and order summary sheet for every player. Easy handout to each convenor and coach.
